How Call Forwarding Works:
People Call Your Number - Incoming call to your landline number provided by OfficeServ is made. Our system then connects the call directly to your designated destination number. All while the caller is just experiencing a normal ringing sound at their end.
The Callers Number Shows On Your Phone - Your phone will ring showing the original callers number that was used to place the call to your number provided by OfficeServ.
Accept The Call - You can then answer the call as normal, all while the caller thinks they have been connected to your business landline number, not your mobile or home phone number.
Incoming Fax's are emailed to you as a PDF.
How Long Does It Take To Setup?
Call forwarding is normally active within two working hours, though it can take 24 hours.
Can I Change My Incoming No.?
Yes, you can always change or even add more incoming call numbers from any of our available locations. Extra numbers start form £3.00.
What If I Miss A Call?
If you miss a incoming call, you will receive an email from our system with the time and number of the call.
