What payment methods do you take?

We accept payment via all major Debit and Credit Cards, through our payment partner Stripe. Sorry, we do not accept cash payments.

How do I cancel my service?

It’s easy to stop any service with OfficeServ, just login to your billing portal and click cancel or contact us via our website to let us know. We will be sad to see you go, but always happy to help.

Deliveries

Can you provide a Forklift to unload my pallet?

+

No problem! We can provide a Forklift for loading and unloading purposes. It must be requested prior to delivery though, this will insure we are ready to handle such a delivery and the correctly trained personnel are available.

Can I have a pallet delivered or forwarded?

Yes! We can accept pallet delivery for your account and we are able to help with the forwarding of pallets etc. You will need the correct service in place to allow this and depending on the service, other fees maybe charged.

Can I arrange night time or out of hours deliveries?

+

Not a problem, just call our office and let us know! They will be a extra charge for this though, depending on the size and time of the arranged delivery. We also require at least 48 hours notice.

Am I tied into a contract?

No, there is no obligation to renew your service with us. If you purchase a monthly service you can cancel at any time before the month renews. Same with our yearly services. Please note, no pro-rata refunds are given on any yearly services.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open from 09:30h to 17:30h, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The best way to check our current opening hours is checking our Google listing. You can find it here!

Registered Address Service

What is the renewal price of the Registered Address Service?

Great question! We provide clear pricing and as such the renewal will cost you just the same as the first year! We have no price increases planned for our Registered Address Services, while we cannot promise the price will never change, we can promise it will always be ultra-competitive! We can also promise we do not, like some other providers, double the price next year, we will never do that!

With is considered Official Mail?

Are Registered Address Services only cover the handing of mail sent by HMRC & Companies House. One off non-official items can be forwarded for an extra charge. Please see our Extra Addons page for more information.

How is official mail forwarded?

+

With the National Service all official mail is sent the same working day it arrives, via Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. With the International Service all official mail is sent via Standard Air Mail.

This is all included in the yearly fee, there are no per-letter costs! Please note, neither services provide any tracking. A tracked service can be provided at an extra charge.

Does the Registered Address Package cover a Directors Service Address?

Yes! Our yearly service covers one company officer to also use the address in addition to the Company’s Registered Office Address. Additional Persons can be covered for £5.00 + VAT Per year.

How long does it take to setup my Registered Address Service?

Setup is instant, when payment is completed, you can use your address service right away. Please not we can not forward anything until your ID Documents have been approved.

What if someone visits the office address?

+

We will contact you via email, letting you know someone has visited and if they leave a message. Rest assured we would never give out your forwarding address or any personal details.

What if a non-official item arrives at my Registered Office Service?

+

We will contact you via email on the day anything not covered by your service arrives. You can upgrade your service and have any non-official mail or packages delivered to our office and forwarded. Or you can tell us that it’s not wanted, we will then return it to the sender.

Can I collect my post in person?

Yes, you can collect your post at your convenience during our business hours. It’s always best to contact reception before hand to check what your collecting is available and has not been forwarded to you. You will need to bring photo ID to collect any items.

Simple Call Forwarding

Can I keep the telephone number we already have?

+

Absolutely, we can port all UK numbers to our telephone systems. As long as you have the rights to do so and your current provider allows this. This is also the case if you wish to stop using our services, your telephone number/s remain yours, until you cancel.

What area code will my telephone number have?

+

We offer all UK geographical area codes. We can also provide 03, 0800, premium & international numbers. 0800, premium and international number may incur extra set up/monthly fees.

Virtual Landline

Will I be able to use the landline number on WhatsApp?

+

Sorry this service is not compatible with WhatsApp at this time.

Can I cancel anytime?

+

Need to cancel, no problem. You can cancel anytime and your service will not renew on your next billing date. Note if you pay yearly, there is no refund for time not used.

Can I see a record of all the calls I have received?

+

You would need to use your received call log to manage your call records.

How long will it take for my landline number to become active?

+

The service is set up instantly! If your number is not active and working shortly after making payment please contact our team for help. Forwarding should be working within minutes of completed payment.

If I leave OfficeServ, will I be able to keep my number?

+

Yes, you can. However, there are extra costs associated with transferring your number to a new provider and that provider has to be compatible.

How many minutes of calls can I receive each month?

+

Our service is unlimited! Talk till you lose your voice!

Can I make calls using the landline number?

+

This service does not allow outbound calling.

How will I know a call is a business call?

+

Currently, you will not be able to tell if the call is being made to your Virtual Landline or directly to your forwarding destination number.

What number will I see on my phone when a call comes in?

+

You will see the incoming caller’s number shown on your phone. Just like a normal call.

How will I answer calls to my landline number?

+

Calls will be directly sent to the forwarding destination number you provide us with.

I want multiple landline numbers for different area codes diverted to the same mobile number.

+

No problem at all, once you have purchased your first number, email or call the team and we can get additional numbers set up for you!

I already own a landline number. Can I transfer it to OfficeServ?

+

Sorry, it is currently not possible to transfer in an existing number. However if you wish to keep your number purchased from OfficeServ it is possible to transfer numbers out. Note there are extra costs associated with number transfer.

I do not want a local number. Can I get a national number instead?

+

No problem, you can choose a 0333 number, which works just like a normal geographical area code but is not associated with a fixed town or location. The 0333 is also treated exactly the same for the person calling with regard to billing.

Will I get a landline number for my area code?

+

Yes, you can choose any area code in the UK or opt for a national 0333 area code number.

Virtual Office Services

What is a postage Deposit?

+

When we send out your first item that requires postage we normally take a £10.00 postage deposit. Postage costs are then billed against this on a monthly basis and once depleted, it is taken again. The deposit taken may increase from £10 depending on the volume of mail you require forwarding or the forwarding service chosen.

What will I be charged for postage?

We use Royal Mail to send anything from a letter up to 2KG. We only charge what Royal Mail advertise on their website or less. We also don’t charge for envelopes etc like other providers!

Anything larger than 2KG is sent via FedEx or Parcel Force at our discounted rates.

How long does it take to setup my Virtual Office Service?

Can I cancel my Virtual Address Service anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade, change or cancel your service anytime by contacting our office though or using the online customer portal. There is no contract period for our monthly services, no notice is required to cancel.

Can I receive personal mail using my Virtual Office Service?

Yes you can! Though to make sure your item is processed quickly and correctly, its best to always include your the full business name (as stated on your OfficeServ account) on the address. If you do have mail just addressed personally, insure that your full name and correct spelling is used. You can also choose to include your OfficeServ OF number, this is in your welcome email and nearly all communications with us!

Can I keep the telephone number we already have?

Absolutely, we can port all UK numbers to our telephone systems. As long as you have the rights to do so and your current provider allows this. This is also the case if you wish to stop using our services, your telephone number/s remain yours, until you cancel.

Can I take meetings at my Virtual Office Address?

We welcome the use of our office to conduct your business. Please don’t hesitate to speak with our staff about what’s available. We have meeting room and desk hire available.
