Reception Service
Meeting a client? Having a delivery? Our receptionists can take care of that for you. Professionally greeting clients and making you aware of their arrival, handling signing for deliveries, posting out letters and packages and taking calls are all services our reception team can provide.
Large Desks
Our desks a larger than the industry average, we provide J shaped 1600MM desks as standard. When comparing coworking spaces, check the desk sizes, because here size does matter! Need space for multiple monitors or be able to spread out, we have you covered. Each desk is provided with a lockable draw unit.
Networking & IT
Our internal network is delivered over CAT6 cabling, capable of delivering 1000Mbit speeds, supported by secure 1300Mbps AC WiFi. Networking can be configured to create internal private local networks if your using more than one desk. For a fee we can also provide space to house and host your own dedicated on-premise servers if required.
Printing & Scanning
Need to print something? No problem, our office space comes equipped with commercial A3 colour laser printing and scanning facilities. We just ask our users to think of the environment before deciding to press print. That and to take any big marketing or handouts printing runs to a professional service!
Phone System
Each desk is equipped with a Yealink T48S, a versatile, professional, high-quality desk phone. OfficeServ can either provide a fully functional phone system delivered by our 3CX Servers, or IT will assist you in connecting the phone to a system of your choice.
Mailroom
OfficeServ is completely set up for dealing with all your letter, parcel and freight requirements. We have years of experience in mailing and shipping. You can access our discounted volume Royal Mail rates, discounted FedEx rates and more. All collected from our offices each day! No more post office runs, and of course your incoming mail is delivered directly to your desk!
Air Conditioning
As we seem to be having warmer longer summers here, rest assured that if you are working from our offices you wont be getting hot an bothered. All OfficeServ Space is fully air conditioned.
Cleaning
No need to worry about getting the hoover out or sharing cleaning duties, a professional cleaning team visits once a week, out of normal working hours to make sure your space is kept clean and tidy.
Easy Payments
Monthly rental payment are simply collected by Direct Debit. You can update you billing details or download invoices at your convenience in the OfficeServ billing portal.
Meeting Room Access
Access to two meeting rooms is a major benefit to shared office space. Easily booked by contacting reception, each desk includes ten hours a month of included meeting room use, and discounted rates thereafter. Perfect for having private discussions with clients, making presentations or scheduled team meetings.
Superfast Fibre Internet
Reliable, fast, commercial grade internet. Now the backbone of nearly all business, we provide superfast internet to all our desks. Our standard shared connection is a concurrent 900Mbits Download and 900Mbits Upload. With options available to have dedicated bandwidth if required or even faster connections.
Kitchenette
Well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to keep hydrated and fed throughout the day, or night! Tea, Coffee, Soft Drinks and some Snacks are all included. Along with all your normal utilities, ample fridge-freezer space, dishwasher, microwave, cutlery etc.
Breakout Areas
We have space to one side where you can sit on a sofa or at a small table with a client or friend to catch up! Whether its just going over some minor project notes with a customer or to take a break, there is seating available other than your desk! We also have another smaller breakout room which is great for taking private zoom meetings in, or conducting one on one meetings.
IT Support
While working in a OfficeServ Space normally means you will be in close proximity to one or two tech savvy residents. We can provide a helping hand when it comes to any IT issues, this can be a real game changer from sitting at home pulling your hair out alone.
Security
OfficeServ Space is always protected with 24/7 monitored alarm systems and CCTV. Meaning our users have peace of mind that their work space is a safe workspace. Monitored remotely for both intruders and fire, our security service can dispatch the required emergency services if ever needed in no time at all.

Once your issued your very own entry card, you can come and go from your desk at OfficeServ whenever you wish. Need to pull an all nighter? No worries, our office is your office, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
